Thrifty Tip Of The Day – Veteran’s Day Freebies

Veteran’s Day is this coming Wednesday (Nov. 11, 2009) and there are a number of Veteran’s Day freebies being offered to the good men and women who have served our country as part of the armed forces.

Here’s a quick list of a few free food offers. All that’s required is proof of past or current service. Let me know, in the comment section, if there’s anything (food or non-food) I missed. Applebees – Free entree. Choose from pasta, sirloin, burgers, chicken and more.
Krispy Kreme - All participating locations will give one free doughnut, your choice of flavor.
