Has the world gone mad? No, it’s BTS (back-to-school), and in recession-addled 2009 it seems like stores are falling all over themselves to out-cheap each other.

Last week Target had this ridiculous sale, and now Walmart is practically giving away tank tops. For $2 you can get a range of colors in sizes from S-XXL. These are great for layering year-round, and the brand names include Faded Glory, No Boundaries and organic cotton tanks from Seed Supply Co.
